Carpenters
Work with tools and material to build and to improve our homes and our communities. Build houses, erect skyscrapers, construct our roads and bridges. Become a member of one of the oldest and most respected trades.
The Michigan Statewide Carpenters & Millwrights Apprentice Training Fund emphasizes safety, ensuring our graduates keep job sites safe and produce work that is second to none.
Members of the Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters and Millwrights have the drive to continually better themselves and their craft. While earning certifications or qualifications, MRCC [tradesmen and women/brothers and sisters] gain more than knowledge. Continually advancing their education can grant greater opportunity to do more for each skilled trade.
I love working with my hands. I love problem-solving. And one of the most attractive things is being a team player. You get to use your head. You get to use your hands. And you get great opportunities to travel. This union apprenticeship is no-brainer. It gives you a certain confidence to walk by a building and know that you built that.Millwright Local 1102
